What is happening to the alternativeapparel.com website?

The Company has made the difficult decision to close down our online business including our ecommerce website and our stores. This is effective as of 3/22/21. We have been hard at work on a new, easier shopping experience you are sure to love! See below for more details.

WHERE CAN I PURCHASE ALTERNATIVE APPAREL?

You will be able to shop our website until 3/21/21. Starting in April, Alternative will be partnering with Amazon to fulfill your online orders through our newly designed brand store. We will leverage the convenience, speed and best-in-class service level of Amazon while providing the same great quality and comfort you know and love!

RETURNS & EXCHANGES:

HOW DO I RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM?

Products can be returned or exchanged within 30 days from date of purchase. Please note, any returns or exchanges must be submitted by 5/01/21.

Exchange requests received after 3/30/21 will automatically be refunded.

Selected promotions may state final sale on our website and/or in our advertising. Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

HOW LONG DOES THE RETURNS PROCESS TAKE?

It takes approximately 8-14 business days to process your return from the time we receive it. Credit back to your original card may take an additional 4-7 business days depending on your provider. The entire process will take approximately 2 - 3 weeks.

MY ITEMS ARRIVED DAMAGED, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

If we've sent you a wrong or damaged item, please email us immediately at contactus@alternativeapparel.com and a Customer Service Representative will assist you with a resolution.

WHERE DO I RETURN ALTERNATIVE APPAREL ORDERS?

You will be able to access and print your pre-paid return label from our website or through DHL returns until 3/30/21. Please include your return form in your package for faster processing.

Gift Card

GIFT CARDS:

We are no longer offering gift cards at this time.

CAN I STILL REDEEM MY GIFT CARDS ON ALTERNATIVEAPPAREL.COM?

You will need to redeem any open gift card balances by 3/21/21.

After 4/1/21, active Alternative Apparel gift cards that have a balance will be transferred to Champion.com gift cards. You can use the existing Gift Card number (and pin if applicable) on the champion.com website. If you have any questions, please contact our Customer Service team.

CAN I EXCHANGE MY GIFT CARD VALUE FOR CASH?

Please check your local laws for applicability. Please contact Customer service if you have additional questions.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY CARD HAS BEEN DEACTIVATED AND CLAIMED AS LOST PROPERTY BY THE STATES?

Alternative Apparel Gift Cards that are 5 years or older and have had no activity in the past 5 years, have been given to the states as unclaimed property per applicable laws as of 12/31/2020. (Cards that are older than 12/31/2015 with no recent activity are included.) Please reach out to the Unclaimed Property Authority or Department of the State that you live in to reclaim. Each State has different policies, procedures and rules for claiming lost property. Please see the appropriate authority in your state.

ALTERNATIVE REWARDS LOYALTY PROGRAM:

CAN I STILL USE MY LOYALTY POINTS TO PURCHASE PRODUCT ON ALTERNATIVE APPAREL.COM?

The Alternative Rewards Loyalty Program has been deactivated. You are still able to redeem you points through 3/21/21. After this date, any remaining points will be deactivated.

AM I STILL ACCRUING LOYALTY POINTS?

No. We have deactivated our Loyalty Program. You will no longer accrue points for your purchases.
